1. Sign in to familysearch.org
2. Click "Get Help 
3. Click Learning Center Video Courses
4. Scroll down and click FamilyTree Training Lessons and Video
5. Click View This Lesson
6. Clicking Level one is the basic training.

These videos and exercises are awesome as is Family Tree.
