Blanche Rebecca Bingham
This one is confusing: The birth certificate has her name as Rebecca B Bingham implying her first name is Rebecca: I am her grandson and we always were told her name was Blanche Rebecca Bingham.
Notice this is a post dated document. It isn't the "original" birth certificate.
One thing I've noticed is the habit of using the maiden name initial as the middle initial; therefore, Blanche B (Bingham) instead of her middle name Rebecca.
